2. Booking and Ordering

To hire a skip, customers can place an order via our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.

2.1 Reservation Requirements

Accurate Information: Provide correct details regarding skip size, duration, and delivery location.
Payment Details: Ensure valid payment information is provided at the time of booking.
Permit Responsibility: Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits if the skip is to be placed on public property.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for skip hire services are required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

6. Insurance

While we carry public liability insurance, it is recommended that customers verify their own insurance coverage for skip placement and use, especially when placed on rented or shared properties.

7. Cancellation and Changes

Customers may cancel or modify their skip hire bookings subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the delivery time.

7.2 Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule their booking up to 6 hours before the original delivery time.
Rescheduling beyond this period is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate the skip hire service under the following circumstances:

Termination may result in additional charges and the need for immediate removal of the skip from the premises.
